It’s important we stay in touch with our membership, both to monitor our size, keep everyone up to date, and also, if possible, if you can send to us via email or post on facebook, if you are interested in actually serving, what your level of physical fitness is.

For instance, “I can run 2 miles in 16 minutes, do 60 sit ups in 2 minutes, and 60 push-ups in 2 minutes.”  Current physical fitness levels for the armed forces are here

All we need is rough estimates at this point.  Again, you do not need to be willing to serve to help our movement, there are a million ways to help.
